保利家园69号赵先生别墅设计▕ Design of Mr. Zhao's Villa at No. 69 Poly Garden

保利家园处于嘉定新城核心位置，环拥商业、文化、景观、行政、商务、教育、医疗等7大中心配套，是11万平方米围合式大社区。 保利家园社区临近约62公顷远香湖，与上海首座水景剧院--嘉定保利大剧院隔湖相望，临近8万平方米台北时尚风情街、东云商业街、西云楼，更有多所各级优秀学府、瑞金医院、妇幼保健院等公建设施。本项目为联排别墅，上下连地下室共4层，地下一层，地上三层。赵先生为书香门第，要求设计为传统的中式风格。中式风格吸取中国古典建筑、传统家具及中式园林及色彩、设计造型的精华加以锤炼。特点是对称、简约、朴素、格调雅致、文化内涵丰富，中式风格家居体现主人的较高审美情趣与社会地位。

Poly Garden is located at the core of Jiading New City, surrounded by 7 major centers including commercial, cultural, landscape, administrative, business, education, and medical facilities. It is a 110000 square meter enclosed community. Poly Garden Community is located near Yuanxiang Lake, which covers an area of about 62 hectares. It faces the first water themed theater in Shanghai, Jiading Poly Grand Theater, across the lake. It is also close to Taipei Fashion Street, Dongyun Commercial Street, and Xiyun Building, which cover an area of 80000 square meters. There are also many excellent universities at all levels, Ruijin Hospital, Maternal and Child Health Hospital and other public facilities. This project is a row house with a total of 4 floors connected to the basement, including 1 basement floor and 3 above ground floors. Mr. Zhao comes from a scholarly family and requests a design in traditional Chinese style. The Chinese style is refined by absorbing the essence of Chinese classical architecture, traditional furniture, Chinese gardens, colors, design and modeling. The characteristics are symmetry, simplicity, simplicity, elegant style, and rich cultural connotations. Chinese style home furnishings reflect the owner's high aesthetic taste and social status.
