景观区：门前庭院、停车。屋顶咖啡花园、观景平台。旁边风光自然、临近小河。
流线设计：划分宾客流线（私密性）、服务流线（高效性）、后勤、办公流线（隐蔽性），避免交叉干扰。
主入口新作铝板雨棚，挡雨外提升到达仪式感。
