1992年创始，原为92511 STUDIO 久艾吾设计事务所。

2009年由洪鑫先生接手久艾吾设计事务所，并担任总经理、设计总监职务。

2011年更名久艾吾设计事务所为上海悟美装饰设计有限公司，简称悟美设计。

之后又在上海择居建筑装饰有限公司，上海择友建筑装饰有限公司，上海嘉统市政工程有限公司联合投资重组。

Founded in 1992, originally known as 92511 STUDIO Design Studio.

In 2009, Mr. Hong Xin took over Jiuaiwu Design Firm and served as the General Manager and Design Director.

In 2011, Jiuaiwu Design Firm was renamed as Shanghai Wumei Decoration Design Co., Ltd., abbreviated as Wumei Design.

Afterwards, they jointly invested and restructured with Shanghai Zeju Building Decoration Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zeyou Building Decoration Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Jiatong Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd.
