On October 15, 2020, Zheju Decoration Wumei Design signed a contract with Shanghai Tongzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. to design the interior design of its developed Chunshen Sunshine Community Marketing Center. Shanghai Tongzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. was established on May 9, 2003. Its business scope includes real estate development, business consulting, sales of building materials, machinery and equipment, electromechanical equipment, household appliances, and chemical raw materials (excluding hazardous chemicals, monitored chemicals, fireworks and firecrackers, civilian explosives, and precursor chemicals). Shanghai Tongzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhongchu (Xiamen) Investment Co., Ltd., specializing in real estate development. Chunshen Sunshine is the first property developed by Shanghai Tongzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Zhongchu) in Shanghai.
