上海市江桥批发市场年交易量超200万吨左右,占上海蔬菜供应量60%以上。目前存在年久失修,建筑外观破旧,功能不完善,进出口已无法满足现今人车流量等问题,2007年底上海市嘉定区真新街道决定对其功能、外观进行改造。洪鑫的"黄浦江潮汐的时空印记"方案中标。
本项目以"黄浦江潮汐的时空印记"为叙事内核,通过建筑语言转译自然韵律。波浪屋顶的流体形态并非单纯美学考量,而是对江水动态的三维凝固——每道曲线模拟浪涌的黄金分割比例,金属骨架结构则暗合流体力学参数。
玻璃幕墙系统采用参数化设计的条形单元,既实现70%以上的自然采光率,又能在特定时段折射出类虹彩光学效应,隐喻水分子对光的分解。夜间灯光编程模拟潮汐节律,通过色温渐变(3000K-5000K)再现晨曦至暮色的水面光感。
空间体验上,二层连廊的波浪形路径刻意控制为0.8米/秒的步行节奏,与黄浦江历史水文数据中的平均流速形成隐性对话。这种将城市集体记忆转化为可感知的空间序列,正是当代公共建筑应有的在地性表达。
The annual trading volume of Jiangqiao Wholesale Market in Shanghai exceeds about 2 million tons, accounting for over 60% of Shanghai's vegetable supply. At present, there are problems such as long-term disrepair, worn-out building appearance, incomplete functions, and inability to meet the current traffic flow for imports and exports. At the end of 2007, Zhenxin Street in Jiading District, Shanghai decided to renovate its functions and appearance. Hong Xin's "Temporal and Spatial Impressions of Huangpu River Tides" proposal won the bid.
This project takes "The Time and Space Impressions of Huangpu River Tides" as the narrative core, and translates natural rhythms through architectural language. The fluid form of a wavy roof is not simply an aesthetic consideration, but a three-dimensional solidification of the river's dynamics - each curve simulates the golden ratio of surges, while the metal skeleton structure conforms to fluid mechanics parameters.
The glass curtain wall system adopts parameterized diamond shaped units, which not only achieve a natural lighting rate of over 70%, but also refract rainbow like optical effects during specific periods, metaphorically representing the decomposition of light by water molecules. Nighttime lighting programming simulates tidal rhythms, reproducing the water surface light sensation from dawn to dusk through color temperature gradients (3000K-5000K).
In terms of spatial experience, the wavy path of the second floor corridor is deliberately controlled to a walking rhythm of 0.8 meters per second, forming an implicit dialogue with the average flow velocity in the historical hydrological data of the Huangpu River. This transformation of urban collective memory into perceptible spatial sequences is precisely the local expression that contemporary public buildings should have.
