上海仙霞路现代广场建筑设计▕ Architectural Design of Xianxia Road Modern Plaza in Shanghai
上海仙霞路现代广场位于虹桥国际商务区核心地段仙霞路369-2号或369号，由加拿大JLA建筑规划事务所与同济大学建筑设计院联合设计（洪鑫先生全程参与），融合西方先进理念与东方人文特色，打造为集办公、商业、酒店于一体的现代化综合体。
建筑设计亮点包括：办公楼采用大堂挑空设计（高度5米），气派恢宏；公寓酒店区域顶部设置透明天窗，与中庭室内游泳池形成光影互动，增强空间通透感。建筑群主体由三幢结构组成——第1幢为27层办公楼（标准层高3.6米、净高3.2米），第2幢为25层商务酒店，第3幢为3层综合楼（机电与康乐用房），裙房分布商业设施，地下两层提供车库及设备支持。
项目总建筑面积约54,100平方米，标准层面积794平方米，采用中央空调系统和新风独立控制，优化办公环境舒适度。开发由上海扬子江建设(集团)有限公司主导，2006年竣工，成为虹桥区域商务新标杆。
Shanghai Xianxia Road Modern Plaza is located at No. 369-2 or 369 Xianxia Road in the core area of Hongqiao International Business District. It was jointly designed by JLA Architectural Planning Agency and Tongji University Architectural Design Institute in Canada (with Mr. Hong Xin's full participation), integrating advanced Western concepts with Eastern cultural characteristics, and creating a modern complex that integrates office, commercial, and hotel functions.
The architectural design highlights include: the office building adopts a cantilevered lobby design (5 meters high), which is grand and majestic; Transparent skylights are installed at the top of the apartment hotel area, creating a light and shadow interaction with the indoor swimming pool in the atrium, enhancing the transparency of the space. The main structure of the building complex consists of three buildings - the first building is a 27 story office building (with a standard floor height of 3.6 meters and a net height of 3.2 meters), the second building is a 25 story business hotel, and the third building is a 3-story comprehensive building (with mechanical, electrical, and recreational rooms). The podium houses commercial facilities, and the underground two floors provide garage and equipment support.
The total construction area of the project is approximately 54100 square meters, with a standard floor area of 794 square meters. It adopts a central air conditioning system and independent control of fresh air to optimize the comfort of the office environment. The development was led by Shanghai Yangtze River Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. and completed in 2006, becoming a new benchmark for business in the Hongqiao region.
